Early on, Concordis Senior Living implemented robust prevention measures to protect against COVID-19. We have incredible commitment from our team members and want you to know we are doing everything in our power to keep your loved ones safe. 

Enforcing our “visitor” policy has been key to the safety of residents and staff.  Our communities have discovered thoughtful ways for families to visit and communicate with their loved ones without putting them at risk. Our team at Concordis Senior Living has been tirelessly dedicated to prevention and control, and to the health and safety of our residents and each other.

Family and Friends, the support you have given us has been tremendous. We are truly touched by the reviews you have written and words of encouragement about the way our communities are stepping up during this pandemic. Your words mean a lot to us and serve as a reminder that we are all in this together.

You place a great amount of trust in us and we do not take that for granted. We are honored to serve you and your loved ones and will continue working diligently to keep our residents and staff safe, healthy, and happy. We continue to collaborate closely as a team and monitor the CDC guidelines to address the new challenges that the pandemic is presenting across the system. We are excited to announce that visitation restrictions have been lifted and we are thrilled to welcome visitors and guests back into our community.

For the protection of our residents, visitors and staff, we continue to follow CDC guidelines and take certain precautions.

We previously coordinated access to the COVID-19 vaccine for our residents and staff, and we have made arrangements for all new residents to receive priority access to the COVID-19 vaccine.  New residents must move into our community to participate in the vaccine program.
